Rochester Structural’s structural steel and miscellaneous metal ironworkers are constantly being trained in the latest and greatest industry techniques, tooling and equipment. Keeping pace with the latest technology available for accurate fabrication by investing in our employees’ work flow, CNC machinery and field equipment allows us to meet today’s challenging schedules without sacrificing quality or more importantly safety.
The fabrication plant is divided into three bays: one for structural steel, one for miscellaneous metal fabrication and the third is designated for everything paint.
The Structural bay is run using three (3) 10-ton overhead cranes. The CNC Drill Line and CNC Saw are located in this bay flowing right into a dozen fabrication tables ready to finish the job.
The miscellaneous metal fabrication bay parallels the structural bay and is serviced by two 5-ton overhead cranes. The CNC Plasma/Torch Table and Angle Line are also located in this bay to ensure parts and miscellaneous steel are ready congruently with the structural work so we meet back end schedule.
