At Rochester Structural we understand that people are #1. Our safety record is industry leading assuring your project gets done quickly and safely. Our management team, superintendents and employees are trained and dedicated to this philosophy. RS sends all of their ironworkers, project managers and estimators through the OSHA 30-hour course every five years to ensure safety is fresh in everyone’s minds.

RS has developed a Safety manual along with training programs to implement these policies throughout the company. In addition to this, we hire a third-party safety professional (YORK SAFETY) to randomly visit each project on a weekly basis and receive a detailed report including photo evidence of positive or negative findings. These reports will also include feedback regardless of who is at fault on the jobsite, it could be the customer, GC or another subcontractor. RS believes the most important goal is for everyone to go home to their families. We are all in this together.

At Rochester Structural we understand that Quality comes from the people doing the work and that is why we spend a lot of time and resources on the training and education of our employees to ensure they understand the tasks at hand. RS employees have been awarded an A.I.S.C. Dual Certification in Steel Erection and Fabrication that sets us apart from other Steel companies. To obtain these certifications a company must go through both external and internal audits on an annual basis to maintain and verify that Quality and Safety Standards are upheld.
